Delivery Charges
There is no shipping fee for domestic orders.
Order Processing Time
Your order will usually be prepared and packed within 2–3 days of completing your purchase. During festivals, sales, or busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation from WhatsApp once your order has been shipped.
Note: Processing time is different from delivery time.
Estimated Delivery Duration
Within India: 10–12 working days

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all address details entered during checkout are complete and correct. If you need to update the address after ordering, email us immediately at beyondyourowncomfort@gmail.com
Missing or Stolen Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend contacting the delivery partner first. You may also email us for assistance.
Items Received Damaged
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours. Provide an unboxing video along with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.
