4. Refund Methods

Approved refunds will be issued in one of the following ways:

a) Original Payment Method

  • Refund processed to the same payment method used during purchase

  • Refund processing may take 7–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

b) Store Credit

  • If preferred, you may opt to receive store credit instead of a direct refund

  • Store credit will be valid for purchases on Beyond By Rosmi


5. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • If the product was damaged due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent), return shipping fees may be reimbursed
